Eureka Forbes — Product not delivered after online transaction | |||
I duly order a aquaguard water purifier on 25.05.15, through online with online trasaction.After one month company not delivered the above product I collect transaction details from my bank and sent to company by email.They are not replying my mail, and over phone also not getting positive response.I am residing bangalore city and online shopping contact office for eureka forbes is mumbai.The anount which trasfered to forbes is 14990/rs.This is RO+UV+TDS water purifier from forbes. Such things happened to me too.ordered a cartridge of one of my aquasure and made online payment but the product is not delivered to me yet and almost 15 have passsed and the response oof customer service people iis very coldl
