I have booked this product on March 31 2015 . The sales person name is Ms. Luna gosh and she has committed that with in 7 days it will be installed.
We are working people so it is very difficult to follow up with them on daily basis. Even in my busy scheduled I have been chasing with them since last 9 days but only I am getting one answer "our engineer will contact you with in 24 hours ".
I think they are saying this line to every customer irrespective of the problem.They are just cheating customer. If you are not able to deliver the product on time then why you would have taken premium amount from the customer.
Even though in market different company providing the same product in cheaper rate but still we are going with eureka Forbes to get a good service.
But I am surprised till now I have not received any calls from eureka forbs even after raising a request[protected] with customer care 9 days ago.
So I am very disappointed with the service eureka Forbes are providing and right now I don't need the product because before installing the product only I felt how pathetic your service is and also 12 working day has been passed.
Now I would like to cancel the product and request you to please refund my money back.

I have purchased Dr Magna Aquaguard through online (eurekaforbes.com) on june 13th. Till now the product is not delivered and also there is no information passed to me either through SMS or email regarding delivery status.
