My customer id is [protected]. I had ordered a Aquasure Nano RO on 11.11.2015 through Eureka Forbes official website and made full online payment. Till date, I have not received the product nor any communication from the company. Upon calling the customer care, no clarity is provided. I am feeling cheated by the company.
