We are purchase MAGNA HD RO for the m/o JUNE, 2016,
When installed the RO he commit four service in a year.
Approx six months done, no any call or visit from Eureka.

VERY VERY POOR SERVICE.

PLEASE ACTION ON PRORITY BASIS OTHERWISE, WE LODGE COMPLAINT CONSUMER COURT OR HIGHER LEVEL.

Despite the completion of the project as per the exact requirements communicated to us time and again and well within the timelines Mr. Pratik Singhania refuses to pay us the promised fees of INR 50, 000/-
Even our legal actions are being taken casually and are being intentionally ignored and answered casually to harress us further and stretch the matter.

Cheapest people and company that I have seen in my life.

Marketing Manager cheats,
AVP send half informed, sarcastic, arrogant and unprofessional mails on being sent a detailed mail,
CEO is happy hiding in his office enjoying being the leader of a team that cheats and deceives people. As long as the company pays him a fat salary he will happily close his eyes to all kinds of inefficiencies his people exhibit. So much for his LEADERSHIP
