Dear Sir We have purchased AQUAGUARD GENEUS RO+UV +UF 1NO 17490/- WATER PURIFICATION it has been nearly 15 days since installed we are yet to receive the bill. We tried reaching the sales executive Baskar - [protected] but there has been no response from him yet for the phone call nor for the mails sent to him. We have sent a mail on 13.01.2015 giving the billing detail address once again in spite of having given at the time of order / payment made date on 25.12.2014 but there has been no reponse from him yet VIVEK BALI LORDS APARTMENT FLAT NO 6A – 6TH FLOOR 94 SATYADEV AVENUE MRC NAGAR CHENNAI – 600028. Kindly courier the bill to address given below immediately M.G.GOPI - Cell No - [protected] Twenty First Century Realtors 154 Shivalaya 'A' Block 4th Floor Ethiraj Salai Egmore Chennai - 600008 In case we don't receive any acknowledgement for this complaint by today then we will be forced to escalate the matter to the consumer court and also to the concerned government department informing them of tax evasion by the company.
