Bought purifier on 11/09/2015. Installation happened on 14/09/2015 (Monday) after running 5 or 6 hours product not working. I Complained many times to local (Urapakkam/Guduvancery) Branch, but they are not at all considering the complaint. for the 1 week product simply hanging in the wall. hope i have choosed wrong product, 18000 thousand wasted. a dummy box mouted on wall for showcase.
Poor poor customer service.
Either replace the product or refund the product.
