Eureka Forbes — Regarding repair of R.O. Dr. Aquaguard | |||
I have purchased a Dr. Aquaguard R.O. from Eureka Forbes in December 15. Now this R.O. is not working from 2nd Feb.16. I registered a complaint on mobile no. [protected] through SMS on 3/2/2016. The complaint no. Is [protected]. But till date no services rep. Come my home for repair RO. When I purchase this machine the salesman tolled me if any breakdown comes in machine we will repair within. 24 hrs. I m very much unsatisfy from your after sales service and I feel I make big mistake to purchase this company R.O. I never recommend to purchase Eureka Forbes R.O. because of very poor after sales service. Please look into the matter and arrange to repair my RO as early as possible otherwise I will file a case in consumer Court. Thanks Yashpal singh, Was this information helpful? | |||
