[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Regarding the Aquaguard complaint no. [protected] | |||||
Dear Sir/Ma, am... I Abul Faisal([protected]), daily customer of aquaguard, i renewed my Aquaguard pack for 2 years...now my Aquaguard is not working from last 10 days, I logged my complained on the date of 6.11.2016...and the status of complaint is still pending. Whenever i called back to its customer care number they always used to say "delays regretted, and it will be solved in few hours." from last 10 days we are hearing only this... Please consider my case and asked the Aquaguard regarding this, if Aquaguard is unable to solve this issue then please asked the Aquaguard to pay back our service renewal with this mail i m also attaching the screenshot of call records with eureka-forbes that from last how many days we are following the case with no response Was this information helpful? | |||||
