Eureka Forbes — Regarding the misbehavior of eureka forbes dealer | |||
Dear sir, I have enhance green ro of eureka forbes .I have transferred from Ludhiana to paonta sahib .I have Amc ( Detail - Deepak sharma ref no. 70263145. ).I contacted Ur dealer green Departmental store at paonta sahib on dt 4/03/16. They told they will send their technician but did not send.As i again called them they misbehaved and told they are not only for me, they have some other work also, also they told they can not spoil the 1000/- labour charges of their technicians. When i asked his name he did not tell his name and disconnected the phone. Moreover i have his recording also. So if such worst behavior will be done by eureka forbes dealers then how the company will make satisfied the customers requirements and problems. Hope the satisfactory solution of the problem.
