[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Regarding three years maintenance payment for water filter | |||||
To whomsoever it may concern This is to inform you that we have taken three years service contract from eureka forbes contract receipt no 23670695 for model ivory dx and paid a sum of rs 3630 cheque no dated 284995 on 29/6/2014 which is valid till 28/6/2017. From 2014 dated till today no one has come for any maintenance after our repeated calling on toll free no, kalyan eureka forbes no and the person who made the contract. We have been mentally drained, and our spending our precious time and money by calling eureka forbes numerous time. Being a branded company we are very upset with this service which should be rectified and our complaint should be taken care at the earliest. Each time we call the toll free no they tell us we will send by evening a senior technician who will deal with the matter. Mr rohan pawar came once he told to show the contract paper took a photograph of it and left without informing anything on asking he was very rude. Is this your standard that you cannot train your technician how to speak. On the contrary after he left immediately i have got message on my mobile that your complaint has been successfully dealt which is height of cheating by your company. After that last 3 weeks i have been calling everyday. Yesterday they gave me the area manager kalyan number mr jayant shetty, who put me on con call with the company. He said that by evening 6 pm your matter will be solved but its still not solved. I want immediate action to be taken as its rainy season since 2014 after payment my candle is not changed we put machine for safe drinking water can you guarantee me its safety. If we get any water borne diseases the company has to bear the cost. I also want the contract to be extended for the lost period. From my numerous complaint my last complaint no is 88097315. Please do not cheat your customer they rely on you for their care why should we think you are our friend for life your motto.
