AQUAGUARD CLASSIC-contacted over phone[protected] to register a complaint but rejected to register complaint with a reason my area is not covered by them. And they gave me another number to register a complaint[protected] but no response. I have gone to forest park office at 10.30 am on 1-4-2014 but the office not opened. One gentleman standing in front of office have given three mobile numbers to resolve my problem -no body lifted the mobile. Finally with the help gentleman i have registered my complaint with [protected] at 10.45 AM on 1.4.2014. But no action intiated by the company and this type of service never expected for essential item like AQUAGUARD WATER PURIFIER even after taking AMC for three years valid upto oct.2016.
