Eureka Forbes — Aquaguard ENHANCE R.O. Maintenance Contract | |||||
I have purchased a ENHANCE R.O. unit on 08.01.2014, order no. 22032, c.s.s. code 9004707. I renewed maintenance contract on 08.12.2014, receipt no. 24184455, valid up to 07.12.2016. But a service guy came and confused me about renewing my contract and I did for the same on 29.07.2016, receipt no. 26519378. Later I checked the previous validity and found the fraud. I contacted the person and he ignored my request. I raised a complaint on 29.07.2016, complain no. 96270118. They assured to fix the problem but did not contact further. I raised another complain on 05.08.2016, complain no. 96356566. this time too no action or contact has been made. Please solve my problem and extend my maintenance period as soon as possible and also notify me about it. Was this information helpful? | |||||
