I have lodged a complaint no.[protected] on[protected] at 9.30 am. More then 78 hours have been passed but my complaint has still not been attended. I have requested many times but nothing happened. What is the fun of buying a tata product (Sensa) if after sales service is so bad. I am a advocate by profession and i know ver well what to do if my complaint is not attended. I am sorry to say that i never expected this kind of casual attitude by a professional company (Tata). Hope you will send someone to my home todayoitself to repair my sensa ro.

I bought a water purifier 3 month ago, it is still under warranty.
I have been raising request many times since a month but no one is willing to resolve the issue. There is some problem with the kit and I am not even able to switch it on.
