Eureka Forbes — Repeated complaints not solving

Latest complaint No.[protected]. While registering complaint I requested your people very clearly that " I need TDS checking" while servicing my infinity purifier. Two times I have given the same request. But your technician approaching me without TDS meter. They says nobody instructed them to carry TDS meter to my home. This is very clear that you offcials are neglecting my complaints regularly. Being a genuine customer of Eureka Forbs, Can I solve my request through you? Hope you will reply as early as possible.
