[Resolved]  Eureka Forbes — Repeated issue with duo water filter. Now not working at all

Bought a new aquaguard duo in Nov end. Since then I have hardly effectively used it for a month or so only.Started with water leaking from the device. The filters then got jammed. The sensor was not working. Evn after being in the warranty persiod I have spend around 4000 (excluding the phone calls and time spent). Pathetic customer support.Pathetic product.They installed a external filter and again after few weeks now the filter is not working. They say the water is not suitable.They expect a pure filtered water. What kind of filters they manifacture I dont know.I have argued requested the max I can but aquagauard people just want more money and more replacement of filetrs.This company has taken 19, 000 rs from me and I feel completed cheated. If you are in chennai please do not buy aquaguard filter. They say chennai water does not filter in their filters only after you pay them.Reuqest them to stop selling filters in chennai..I have purchased a kent filter 4 years back and no issues for atleast 1.5 years. here even after buying this costly filter I am still spending 100 rs every day buying water.Pathetic service. Pathetic product. eureka forbes are cheaters dont buy their products.
