Eureka Forbes — replacement of current Aquagaurd classic with RO

Hi, I purchased Aquagaurd classic on 13th July 2014 and was installed after 3 weeks of rigorous followup.Recently I have been facing issue with water quality I am getting. I registered a complaint with for getting it rectified. Mr Shankar attended the request on 31st August 2014 and found out that TDS is 808 which is major reason for poor water quality. He suggested to get the machine replaced with RO and advised us to speak with sales staff for the same. On inquiring for the replacement with sales person Mr Manohar (Mob: [protected]) he told that the same is not possible as water quality was already tested. Water TDS was not tested while installing the machine at the location rather it was tested in some other location for same supply and was advised that Classic model will suffice the need. I am ready to pay the difference amount for the same for replacement.
