[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Replacement of faulty product | |||||
I have purchased Dr Aqua guard Magna RO+UV through online on 15/11/2015 where I was told that we will be getting a watch as a gift which didn't arrive till now. But the Product was delivered two days later which was good. As per the RO procedure for every one glass of water 2 glasses of the water will be filtered out.. in such case for 7ltrs of the tank 14 lts of water will be wasted in worst cases lets assume 21 lts may be two buckets full but here around 5 buckets of water is getting wasted before the 7lts tank getting filled up the buckets are getting filled. I have contacted customer care several time but the response I get each time is very pathetic none of the executive is ready to listen to what I am saying and no one provides any required info. time is passing by but my problem is not resolved. I was told that there is a 30 days replacement policy when I purchased the product it already 15 days now I think you people will pass the time and by the end do nothing. Its our first time with eureka forbs and its a very bad experience that we had till now. will never sugest anyone to go with your product Was this information helpful? | |||||
