[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — replacement of tap of the aqua-guard water filter

to whom so ever concern, i have lodged a request four days back . the sevice people promised me that the replacement will be done on saturday. but no such happenned . i am in very much need please help me for this problem as soon as possible
