[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Replacement service for aquaguard as per amc not provided | |||||
We took amc for water purifier aquaguard (Inova model) for 3 years duration from 1st june 2013 till 31st may 2016 and paid Rs 3770 for the contract; our customer id is [protected] (It is in name of my wife Ms Mithu Kundu). During the 3 years of AMC contract, we got replacement service of carbon filters and candles just once on 25th aug 2014. Beyond that in next 1 year 10 months of contract period no replacement of carbon filter and candles was done by eureka forbes. We called up eureka forbes several times and raised service request #87283954 on 25th may 2016, again raised service request #87403802 on 31st may 2016. The service boy from Eureka Forbes came on 10th June 2016 and replaced the candles, but the back side hook of the set that clamps it on the wall was broken for long time and as we have been in AMC, this also should have been replaced. The service boy asked me to call up his manager, so I called up Munnaraj (Eureka Forbes manager - contact: [protected]) and informed him about the problems. The manager told he would get hook from warehouse and then replace. During my last call to the manager in current week, he informed he already got the hook from warehouse and would send someone to fix the problems - but still now he has not sent anyone for providing the services. As the hook is broken, we had to tie the set with rope so that it is not falling on ground from the wall, but anytime it may fall down and get broken. We need the replacement of hook immediately.
