I have one Nova model Aquaguard.My Customer ID [protected]. I had lodge a service request No. [protected] dated 09.03.2015 at around 9.15 A.M for changing the block since earlier AMC has already over. But in-spite of several phone call to your customer care, I only received the assurance and no representative attended till date. Can you send your representative to resolve the problem immediately without any further delay.Iam very much upset for your performance at Kochi/ Kerala. Was this information helpful? | |||
