Eureka Forbes — Seal Pack Cartridge Not Received | |||
I have Eureka Forbes Enhance UV water purifier. I want to do AMC and change the cartridge. Your service engineer visited 3 times but all the times he came with non-sealed cartridge. Also manufacturing date was not mentioned on cartridge.So, I was not able to do AMC on time and not able to change the cartridge. I am really not expecting such a service from Eureka Forbes. So, please take immediate action and fulfil my requirement. I am not going to compromise with drinking water. Day by day my trust on you is decreasing.
