[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Service for aquaguard very poor | |||||
I purchased aquaguard magna on 4 June 2016. Within one week there was some sensor problem and now after 4 months the water is showing more than 500 TDS. Even after repeated complaints no Service is done and no response for 5 days. Several Sales people will come everyday but Service is nil. I am not recommending any of the Eureka Forbes products. Kindly replace the Water Purifier reported as "faulty item" as early as possible, by the Service Engineer.
