Eureka Forbes — Service request complaint not attended for 1 month

Hi, I had logged for service request before 1 month which is not been attended. I have made several calls and logged service request which is not been attended. More so the day I paid maintenance for 2 years, as if Eureka Forbes does not exist. Despite my several calls, still no one has visited my place. Not sure what action I can take against such company!!
