Inspite of my repeated follow up service engineer not attended my wf which was due in march 14. Amc period is from 02/04/2013 to 21/04/2015 and contract recpt no.[protected]. My name is e. Sasidharan and address is fm-277 deen dayal nagar, gwalior (M.P.) mobile no. Is [protected], please ask engineer to attend tomorrow itself and change candle and carbon as per amc.

Appreciate your immediate response and inform me about enginner's visit.
