[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Smart UV Aquaguard spoilt in a month | |||||
I have complaint with Eureka Forbes : My complain numbers are as follows 17th nov[protected] 18th nov[protected] 19th nov[protected] 19th nov[protected] 19th nov[protected] (Made 3calls on 19th nov) 20th nov[protected] Registered mobile number is [protected] Registered Contact number is [protected] Registered name is suhail Ahmed I bought the aqua guard from Pai International, Indranagar Bangalore and within a month the machine is spoilt. After repeated complaints no technician has visited us post the 1st visit. And said the machine is spoilt. The technician named shiv kumar came to our place 1st time and manhandled the machine in a very bad way such that twp parts from inside the machine were broken. I complained through every possible route but no one is ready to help. Called Shreya who is the area incharge: [protected]/ [protected] The technician Shiv kumar- [protected] Called Pai International customer care and spoke to Yamuna and Dilip Kumar on[protected] They gave Venkat's number-[protected] and he was also not able to help us and gave us the following responses. 1> Mr. Chanrakanth-[protected]- He gave fake promises of machine being repaired and now not picking calls 2>Mr.Benson-[protected]-Number always busy (I think he has forwarded all calls or bloacked them) 3>Mr.Dinesh- [protected]- Said he is not incharge and cannot help. I would never refer any one to buy Qureka Forbes products as the service is worst than pathetic. Was this information helpful? | |||||

As per your commitment, we are glad to inform that the problem is finally been resolved and our aqua guard is as of now working fine.
Hope we would not receive any problem in near future again with regards to the PCB.
