I have complaint with Eureka Forbes :

I bought the aqua guard from Pai International, Indranagar Bangalore and within a month the machine is spoilt. After repeated complaints no technician has visited us post the 1st visit. And said the machine is spoilt.

The technician named shiv kumar came to our place 1st time and manhandled the machine in a very bad way such that twp parts from inside the machine were broken.

I complained through every possible route but no one is ready to help.

They gave Venkat's number-[protected] and he was also not able to help us and gave us the following responses.

1> Mr. Chanrakanth-[protected]- He gave fake promises of machine being repaired and now not picking calls
2>Mr.Benson-[protected]-Number always busy (I think he has forwarded all calls or bloacked them)
3>Mr.Dinesh- [protected]- Said he is not incharge and cannot help.

I would never refer any one to buy Qureka Forbes products as the service is worst than pathetic.
