I bought a brand new eureka forbes smart uv water purifier on 10.10.16 and they installed it on 15.10.16. on the date of installation itself it could not be completed as the product was defective. i have complained this several times on their customer care telephone as well as to their local office in kochi, no one has bothered to address my issue. my complaint # is [protected].
