Dear Sir/Madam, I am siddu and I have ordered the Enhance RO Water purifier unit on 06/04/14 Sunday and the sales person confirmed unit will be get you next day i.e, Monday (07/04/14) but till now I have not received and I have given payment also the same day, And continuously called to sales executive & manager three days they have not picked up my cal and I raised complaint to Eureka forbes even they have confirmed within 24 working hrs I ll be get the unit, but till not they are making fake/wrong promised to customers, even though not getting firm confirmation from them, could you pls suggest for next action on them Was this information helpful? | |||
