Eureka forbes security systems - Order #[protected], dated 10/09/2013 I placed an order order #[protected], dated 10/09/2013 for security systems like CCTV, door phone, burglar alarm system etc and since then have been following up with Mr.Nagendra (nagendra.[protected]@eurekaforbes.com) and years have passed but neither the material is delivered nor any communication is made. All the calls went unanswered and email promises are repeatedly broken. I have no trust in this company and I want this issue to be escalated to the CEO or Business head of India as this completely unacceptable behavior from a reputed organization that clearly show a lack of process, commitment, ownership and careless attitude towards the consumers.
