[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Vacuum cleaner - model trendy steel | |||||
We have purchased a Eureka Forbes Vacaum Cleaner - Model Trendy Steel in EZONE, in Infinity Mall, Malad, Mumbai. However, the Power connector of Vacaum Cleaner is not working and when we take out the Power cord out, it automatically goes inside, so that, we can't connect the power connector to Power Point. Complaint No's : 85123018, 85645540 not attended. Last Compliant No: 86693186 dtd 19.04.2016 not attended. Personally talked to Mr Mukesh Pandey, Regional Manager on his mobile No:[protected] in Mumbai on 19.04.2016 and sent an SMS. However complaint still not attended. unable to use Vacaum Cleaner.
