Eureka Forbes — Very bad service, I want my money back

I have purchased aqua guard compact purifier on 2 Feb 2015 online, Till now that product is not installed, At the time of purchasing these sales executive lied to me that they will install that product within two days. And when I call to customer care they also lies within two days we will install it, and when I ask for complaint number they are not giving any.
