Eureka Forbes — Very bad service, when we buy a product they are after us. Now when problem comes they never turn up. | |||
I have purchased a Water Purifier in Dec 2014, replacing old Innova(failure mode) with a new UV model but we are having trouble from day one when we send sms REQ to their no. the engineer comes and cleans but of no use. Next itself our problem starts.NOw when i am trying to contact their marketing people( Vasudeva Rao/Shekar) nobody answers the phone. The service itself is very bad, the marketing person never understands the situation or acts according to the consumer requirement. Was this information helpful? | |||
