The 1st complain about water dripping from several points from the filter was made on 2nd October 2015. After that a tecnician from the company had attended and explained that there is a faulty part which needs to be replaced. According to him this part is not available now and will be replaced as it comes to them.
After that there is no response from them and when I again contacted their call centre on 8th October 2015, I am amazed to know that it was attended and hence the case is closed. I lodged a 2nd complain for the same issue and till now no one has attended or informed when it would be rectified. My filter is under AMC.
Pure water is an essential commodity and it should be dealt with utmost importance. If this is not resolved by today, 10th October 2015, I would definitely put a serious complain to Consumer Protection Cell and will drag them to court.
