[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Water purifier - Compliant not resolved so far | |||
I have an annual maintenance contract (Receipt No.[protected]dtd.8.3.2014 for 1 year for my Aquaguard duo waer purifier with Reshma Technologies, Rajahmundry, Franchise of Eureka forbes Ltd.I lodged a compliant on 27.11.2014 as my purifier is not working.they didn't turn positively to my compliant.Inspite of several requests on phone technician came to repair the purifier on 4.12.2014 (i.e.7 days after lodging compliant).they identified that the UV lamp has to be replaced and put indent to the company on the same day.Even after 13 days it is not replaced and my compliant has not been resolved.I feel that it is totally negligence of the service centre.Ofcourse it is not the first time.Every time they are not responding positively and I am bothered much in this matter.I want a speedy solution for my compliants and expecting a good service for my payments.Please do something for better service.--- T.Satyanarayana Was this information helpful? | |||
