Eureka Forbes — water purifier is not working. | |||
I had purchased Eureka forbes Expert water purifier -RO eight months back and within guarantee period. Now its not working and LCD screen shows blank. Still water is filled in the tank. I have tried to call on the call centre, nobody is picking up the phone and subsequently i called Mumbai number and still no response. I have paid Rs.21000.00 to the water purifier. Worst customer service i have ever seen. Hence take action against such company simply grabing money from the customers. Was this information helpful? | |||

My call log no.[protected]. Still nobody attended and no call for servicing. Worst servicing company. No one should buy products from this company. Every one knows how difficult it is if purified drinking water is not available for one day. I

Even after 72 hours nobody attended for servicing.. Request you to escalate same and do the needful. Request you to suggest what further action can be taken against the company.
