[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Water purifier not delivered after online purchase from Eureka Forbes online shopping | |||
With reference to my customer ID [protected], I had booked online Aquaguard Reviva UV on 29.06.2015. While booking Eureka Forbes had ensured the delivery within 8 days, but till date we have not received the purchased product except Aquaguard On the go as coplimentary. I tried to contact on helpline number, nobody replied properly. After paying the full amount through online, now we are feeling cheated by a reputed company like Eureka Forbes.
