I BOUGHT ACQUAGARD WATER PURIFIER SEVEN YEARS BACK. I HV DONE AMC AFTER WARANTY PERIOD. THIS TIME ALSO I HAVE DONE AMC UP TO 2016. IT IS MY MISTAKE I HV DONE THIS. EVERY TIME I WANT SERVICE, I HV TO CALL UR PERSON THROUGH CUSTOMER CARE NO. BUT UR PERSON IS TAKING THEIR OWN TIME. SOME TIME THEY WILL COME, SOME TIME THEY WILL NOT COME. I AM GIVING YR SERVICE RATING AS (- MINUS 100%). PL NOTE THAT I HV CALLED THIS TIME SERVICE FROM MONDAY ONWARDS. TILL DT. NO BODY ATTENDED MY CALL. TODAY I HV CALLED CUSTOMER CARE. THEY HV GIVEN ONE PERSON NAMELY MR. PREMNATH. I HV CALLED HIM HE SAID I WILL NOT COME I WL GIVE BASKAR NAME. I TRIED MR. BASKAR, HE SAID I WILL NOT COME.
PL RESPOND IMMEDIATELY OTHERWISE I WL GO TO CONSUMER COURT
