[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Worst service in pune | |||
Hello all, I am using eurekaforbes water purifier from last 6 years. Currently i just frusted because of service getting from you stupid peoples. I was complaining from last 3 months for not working status but every time one person come sees & he every times tells us that your machine is old & we will not come to give service you after this. I think this is their marketing strategy. But i am chairman of my society & i can give such a bad feedback regarding this to other members who willing to buy new purifier. If you are not going to do any serious action this region officer then i will raise a complaint in consumer court. I have wasted 18000 for this machine and i also done amc of 4000 per year (Total 42000) & i am getting such bad service. I am just fed up. I called to head office also but till no action has been taken. I think other purifier is giving good service than this peoples. So please dont select eureka forbes & dont waste your money.
