[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Worst Services Experience by Eureka Forbes. | |||
I am Atish Ajgekar from Mumbai. I purchased Eureka Forbes Aquasure Prime water purifier for our new house. My customer ID is [protected]. The purifier was installed on 25th October, 2014 and the person told me that my warranty started from the same day. But on the very next day, while using it, it's tap came out. I did not expect such inferior quality from a brand like Eureka Forbes. I immediately called the customer care no. and filed a complaint. The complaint no. on 26th October, 2014 was 78765751. I was told that the person would come within 2 working days and the issue would be resolved. On 28th, I called the customer care and I was again told that the person would come to resolve the issue and I would get a call from him. They filed a new complaint on 28th October, 2014 with a complaint no. [protected]. Today I called the customer care in morning and I was told that the person would come today and the issue would be resolved. But still nobody has come and I am not able to use the purifier. I had never expected such a worst service from Eureka Forbes. I would never recommend it to anybody. Was this information helpful? | |||

The Eureka Forbes technician came to my house yesterday. They replaced the broken tap with a new one. My issue is now resolved.
