Eureka Forbes — Wrong product delivered on 68th day of payment and not changed into right product 90 days of payment | |||
My Eureka Forbes Customer Id is [protected] Invoice No [protected] Order No.[protected] I have paid for the Product Dr. Aquaguard Classic Amount of Rupees 8990/- on 25/11/2015 But i have not received the product uptill 01/02/2016 on this same date i got the product but that too some other model ranging of around 6000/- rupees. After paying full amount on 25/11/15 i got the product after 68days on 1/2/16 that too the wrong product. Today is 17/2/16 till now the wrong product is with me and it is not being replaced. i have made around 200 calls to the salesperson and company but no work is done. Now i want a complete Refund with compensation because cheque been cleared 90 days ago. Was this information helpful? | |||
