Respected Sir,

I am RAJIMOL A Customer ID – [protected] . We have purchased your Dr Aqua guard Magna UV system on[protected]. One of your sales man Saddam Hussin (code no. 9092256) came to our residence and convinced us that, UV system will suit to us and no need for RO system.
After 2 days o[censored]se we came to know that the purification is not satisfactory which is evident by the yellow colour of cooked rice and white sediments on storage bottles.
We informed to your sales representative and we didn’t get any response from him. Then we continuously contact customer care centre from 3rd October on wards and also get reference numbers but not any follow up service.
After 2 days one of your technician come to our home and said that UV system is not suit for us and RO should installed. Then after that there is no information from him, he didn’t came there after to check the machine. We are really get fed up with your customer dealing system because if we call in one number they will give another number to call and they don’t know anything and they will disconnected the call in between. So I am not interested further dealings with your system.
Then on 7th October a senior sales representative, named Gourav (mobile: [protected]) came and checked. He said the things exactly which is opposite what was Saddam Hussain (mobile: [protected])was said and
he said that the machine will returned and will refund the money. Then after no information. We called back him and he gave his senior boss Alams (mobile: [protected]) number we called him, he behaved to us very rudely and didn’t said any satisfactory solution. He said that he will informed to higher authority and disconnect our call. We again called and he said that we are complaining this much late after 20 days so we should take the charge of filter and something said rudely like this and disconnect the call.
Your customer dealing system delayed our complaint this much long. We have all the records of our complaints and conversation with your customer care executives. We have done stop payment of our cheques.
So kindly taken your machine back and refund our money.

Very much disappointed with the Service provided by Eureka Forbes service team. My under warranty water purifier after registering complain/mail to customer care, still not attended.

DO NOT TAKE A SERVICE CONTRACT WITH EUREKA FORBES!!!absolutely useless! I took a contract last year in august. NOT ONE VISIT!!! When you call they promise someone will be in touch. If perchance a technician calls ( RARE EVENT) they do not come.
I called again on 16-June 2018 & complained bitterly. I was assured i would get a call. NOTHING. called again on 20th & requested to speak to a manager. i was transferred to "Vinayak". He assured me that he would call back in 30 minutes. That was 2 days ago...
I called today & spoke to "Vinayak" again. he seemed "Surprised" that I had had no call as he had escalated my service request. He has promised to call back.More ###.

Obviously Eureka Forbes does not feel that customers have an option so they can treat them like rubbish.

Time to boycott companies who have no idea of after sales service. I am going to "escalate" this to consumer protection.

This is to bring to your notice that I have been facing issues with my Aquasure purifier for the last two months. The technician has visited 5-6 times and after each visit, the machine konks off again. I have repeatedly called the customer care and they assure that it will be taken care and nothing happens..each service request takes a week to be attended. The machine just doesn't work and is under warranty period. Why should a customer face so much hassle for a defective piece or shoddy work of technicians? Every time they send the same technician and refuse to take my request for a senior technician. My service request number is [protected].

I am having Aquaguard Geneus purchased in 2018. On 14/08/2019 I had taken out AMC for one year vide contract receipt no:[protected] by paying Rs.5020.00, with a promise of three periodical services. Not only that the contract also promised replacement of two set of consumables for compact model water purifier.

I am pained to point out that despite lapse of SIX AND A HALF MONTHS not a soul from Eureka Forbes/ Aquaguard has come for periodical servicing. I have called several times but have only received hollow promises of sending somebody for servicing.

Now, with hardly Five and a Half months remaining how can THREE free services can be carried out, what to talk about two replacements of consumables. I never expected that a renowned company like Eureka Forbes could have such a lethargic approach towards customer service.

In the light of very pathetic customer service, I request to either extend my AMC by SIX MONTHS or return my AMC amount of Rs. 5020.00.
