[Resolved] Europa Locks — Delay in installation

I have a purchased a door lock of Europa and they promise free installation with in 48hrs. I have called up their customer care and registered service request on 7th Oct'13 at around 10:10AM, my service request number is 3204. Till today no one from Europa turned up.I called them once again on 10th Oct'13 and they promised to send the service personal for installation on same day, but no one turned up. Please do the needful so that some from Europa comes and installs the lock.

Unable to lock the door from inside.

Installed 1.6 years before from now, it was working fine, but all of a sudden the lock is unable to lock from inside.
I have the warranty card as well. Please send a representative to repair the lock.
The location of incidence is Chikmagalur - 577101
Please help me fix this problem.
