[Resolved]  Excell Broadband — no service since i have taken the connection and i was robbed

Hi, My name is syam sundar atkuri from Rajahmundry (Andhra Pradesh) India. I have taken a broad band connection from Excell Broand, D.No.47-7-27/9, Danavaipeta, Rajahmundry, Andhra Pradesh, INDIA Phone :[protected] in the first week of may 2014, It has cost me around 4, 500 rupees to set up a connection with 3mbps speed. they have charged me 1000 rupees for installation, one month rent and one month deposit total of 1200 and also 1350 for modem and for configuring it. two people came for the installation and drew the cable from adjacent building and demanded me for 200 rupees for which i have given 100 rupees which i have no need to pay them. And later technician named ramesh came and connected the modem and went away, now it was all ok for 4 days and later suddenly there was no sign of service and i was unable to connect to the wifi then i called them and lodged a complaint claiming i have been not able to connect to the wifi and there was no service. since then untill a week i have been calling them everyday and they keep on telling me that technician will be on their way but no one turned up and they use to hung up the phone and cant be able to call them the whole day, this continued for a whole week . later after a week of struggle one person came to my home and told me there was a loose connection on the pole and he said it was fixed and gone. later day another person came when i called again he said something wrong with modem an took away the modem and came back next day and still the result is the same. and i called again the office and they shouted on me that they cant figure out where the problem is and hung up on my call... i was devastated and called the head office in hyderabad and complained to them later day some lady named srujana from rajahmundry office called me and asked me sir what is your problem. and again the process repeated the same sone one came to home told me it was fixed and went away... so i told them i dont want any connection just refund my money still there was no response.. syam sundar atkuri ([protected]) i dont want any service from them because of their attitude and worst behaviour with the customer .. please i want my money back ...please

I am J V Baparao having excell broadband connection. I struggled a lot for getting the connection. At that time itself I felt that the service may be poor. Now I feel that it is better to leave the connection instead of commenting about the service.
