Exide — Defective battery provided by EXIDE

This is to lodge a complain against Exide Battery company at Guwahati. I purchased a car battery from the Exide agent few months back and the battery is faulty. Since the time I purchased it stopped working and it was taken back for charging and refitted in my car. This problem has again recurred now and I am unable to use the car for the past several days. The agent Mr. Nipen ([protected]) and the engineer Mr. Babul ([protected]) have not been responding to my phone calls and providing any kind of service.
