I have purchased invatubular battery 1.6 years back.initially it was working perfectly fine. now after switching to battery mode, lights nd fans working very dim and slow. please send your person/ technician to check at earliest.

I visited the shop where i bought this but they confirmed the process is online now.

Please let me know what warranty number i need to share.
