Exide — Low life of battery

Dear Sir, I had purchased a EXIDE -XTREME, 12XT5L-B, FACTORY CHAGED on 25.07.2013.The same could not gave life .Now at present I am shifted from my origional place of purchasing the battery and lost the Warranty card. Can you replace the same as the warranty period is on for the same.The battery could not gave the minimum period of life.
