I had issues with their website and I did inform their rep Pooja Khewal of the problems I was facing while trying to browse through their website. At about 10.00pm Pacific Standard Time, Pooja called me to pay more some extra services. I declined politely and informed that for now the three months service that you have provided for eight dollars USA is okay and I will consider the next part. She seemed agitated and did not speak for while on Skype so I placed the receiver down. Previous to the above experience an amount of 139 dollars USA was paid for services but as per information that I had gathered it appears that they had done nothing different than a regular member's plan offered at 80USA DOLLARS. Later, yesterday, she wanted another 59dollars USA so that she could get involved. On the previous three months they had promised the same thing but nothing was done. Todate, I have sent them a copy of the receipt from the above company and so far nothing has been to resolve the issue, as I cannot sign into their website for subscriptions already paid for.
