Expresscareer.in — No Refund as made a Complaint on Forum

So, the story has gone a long way ahead, with them challenging me that the refund will not be given as i have complained in the Forum. It seems that they are not afraid of any one as i am sure they have kept the money of several others on hold and since they have kept their location and identity secret, we wouldn't even know if they are the real person on the phone or not. The contact : +91 [protected] which is answered usually by Siddhartha/Pawan is still operational, mostly busy as they are busy rigging other innocent people with bait to give jobs. My fellows reading this, please be very careful if you receive a random call for job and mentions " Expresscareer.in" refrain from making any payment, cause they will suck in all the money and will never revert it back. Now, this is a complicated issue as they are timid frauds in the market, who are not scared of any legalities or police action against them. Just wonder if someone from legal background can trace these fraudsters, and find out these 2 Contact, 1. [protected], which is no more operational and 2. [protected], who do they belong to, and the owners of these number, where are they operating from. Are the legalized to operate? or are some real gangsters looting money from people in the name of providing jobs?
Some one need to start the investigation soon, as this is my 4th complaint in the span of 5th months and still the problem has not been resolved. I sent them my account details to have the money transferred too, but it seems they are simply taking the reason of my complaint for no refunding the money.
