Dear Sir,

I would like to put a formal complaint against EyeCatchers - Hair and Beauty Salon.

On 12th August, 2016 I visited their store in Ahmedabad for my hair cut/ color treatment

Apparently, I was put on a scheme and they charged me Rs 25, 875 on my credit card.

I believe, one of their staff misunderstood and had difficulties understanding my requirements for one time treatment only. Rather than, they should have charged me only for one time treatment, they put me on a scheme to do 5 x facial which in my knowledge, total waste of money compare to the treatments they provide.

On the next day, I called and asked their staff about this transaction and they said, amount is already taken off from my credit card so they can't do any further help. Please note, the staff did not take any initiatives to speak with their direct management. Neither I received a call from any higher authority

I have tried contacting to the store a number of times and had no response. In addition to that, I have lodged a complaint on their website on 4th September, 2016 and haven't had any response yet.

I have a copy of original invoice, credit card bills as a proof. Rs 25, 875 for facial treatment is not a small amount and the store should be liable to pay off this amount back to my account.
