[Resolved]  Ezeecloud And Hotel Snow Park, Manali — Cheating done by Hotel Snow Park, Manali & Ezeecloud

We booked Hotel Snow Park, Manali from 2nd – 4th Oct, 2014 through Ezeecloud. Booking was done on12th Aug.2014 i.e. well before the time to avoid any future discrepancies. We also received the reservation confirmation mail and phone call from Ezeecloud. After a long journey (almost 20hrs) from Delhi, we reached at the hotel around 11 am on 2nd Oct. When we asked the receptionist at the hotel about our reservation, to our surprise, she told us that the said booking was cancelled by one Mr. Narender two days before. How dare other person can cancel our booking without our knowledge/information? When we defended, she told us to wait till the manager (Narender) comes. We sat at the reception from 11 to12.30 pm with our family including two small children and whole luggage. No welcome drink was provided to us from the hotel. After a long wait of about 2 hrs at the reception, Narender came and we spoke him about our bookings. On the contrary, he informed us that he had not received any mail from Ezeecloud about the referenced booking. Upon speaking with Ezeecloud executive, we were informed that the mail had already been provided. We requested Ezeecloud to provide us of copy of the mail which they sent to Hotel Snow Park, Manali, but they did not give it till date. Since we were too tired, we could not fight for the room but were forced to book another hotel (Hotel Shambhala) within a short time near to Snow Park Hotel and paid an additional amount to stay. As Snow Park Hotel has not provided us any accommodation, as a moral responsibility, they should refund our money our money back (Rs. 6233.60/-) from the hotel + a penalty for our mental agony. We request the concerned authority to take stern action against Ezeecloud & Hotel Snow Park for cheating. This is not the single case, if you visit the hotel's website, you can see a lot of complaints of cheating by the hotel. Jyothish Kumar K V / Rakesh Meena

this company is not good ...this company cheating customers and employees they taken original copies of marks cards they are not paying salaries this is cheating
