Ezeecloud — Booked hotel but dont get confirmation from Hotel

Address:Mumbai City, Maharashtra

I have booked hotel through ezeecloud. The reference no is Hotel Snow Lion booking confirmation reference no HSL[protected] [Ticket Id: S97403-T26520]. Accordingly I called up the hotel. They are saying no booking is done in my name... Is this the way you should behave with your customer... I want my back now
